Guided Training Program

Our Guided Training Program is about teaching people how to strength train as well as incorporating movement skills that allow them to express that strength in exciting and functional ways. It is ideal for anyone who wants to experience more out of life and take part in activities that are physically demanding such as exploring nature, playing sport, and partaking in physical activities that would normally be far outside your comfort zone.
 
Through training our movement, and getting stronger we build confidence in ourselves as our appearance, our abilities and subsequently our motivation improves… and through building confidence in ourselves we discover just how capable we can really be.

Our trainers have extensive experience in the training process, as Coaches, as Students of the craft, and as athletes themselves, all of them bringing their own unique style and approach to helping you get to where you want to go.

All our trainers manage their own training clients, and you will need to contact them directly to find out the pricing of their services. Pricing tends to range between $50-100ph with additional charges if you wish for them to make you a custom training program as well.
