Our services are best designed for long term development. We recognise the importance of relationships with our kids and their parents in navigating the development process. We will try our best to keep you in the loop with what your kids are up to and we always welcome questions along the way.

How do I know which class my child should attend?

Your initial trial will be determined by your child's age - however, classes are determined by both age and ability. See below:
Level 1 = Ages 5-12 Beginner level

Level 2 = Ages 8-15 (experienced 8-12 + beginner 12-15)

Level 3 = Ages 12-15 (elite 12-13 + experienced 14+)

I have multiple kids - is there a family discount?

Yes we can do a 10% discount for multiple kids entering the program together regardless of their level.

Purchase Terms and Conditions

Commitment Term = 10 active weeks:

Paying Upfront - Payment made is non-refundable.

Paying weekly - You will be committing to paying the full amount over 12 weekly instalments that will run throughout the 10 term weeks + school holidays.

Pause / Holds:

The expiration date of your session pack may be extended for up to 2 weeks per 10week cycle for minor injuries / sickness / travel reasons.

Cancellation:

In the unfortunate event that you cannot continue to attend the sessions due to circumstances out of your control - we can credit the amount equal to the session packs remaining time to your account for future use down the track.

Pricing and Packages?

Different age groups have different accessibility limits across our various programs, and many kids get involved with more than just our basketball program. We recommend you come in and speak with us regarding the best options for your child's goals and schedules but as a general guideline our prices range between:

$12.50 - $60 weekly commitment covering everything from general facility access to unlimited coaching and access across multiple programs.
These are either paid on a weekly membership basis or in upfront session pack payments.

What is the Program Calendar

Our training academy runs during school terms along with some weeks of the summer holidays. During school holidays our level 3 sessions continue as usual along with our Holiday Programs

“Session Pack - Weeks Definition”:

All packs utilize a 10x “school term week” cycle that does not include school holidays. If you sign up in week 5 of term this will take you to week 5 of the next term.

(Exception - Summer Holidays):

There will be certain weeks during the summer holidays (Dec 15-Jan 31) that may be designated as normal operating Academy weeks. Session Packs can be utilised during this period, however the schedules may vary.
