To measure and track your progress you need data. At the 33 gym we are equipped with the latest high tech equipment to track your data where necessary. Depending on your goals, you may find yourself hooked into some benchmark tests at the beginning, during and after your program, giving you that quantifiable feedback you need to ensure you’re getting the benefits from your training.

  • Body Composition – with trainer
  • Strength Testing – 1RM benchmarks with trainer
  • Speed Testing – Timing Gates
  • Agility Testing – Timing Gates
  • Vertical Jump Testing – Jump Mat
  • Reactive Strength Testing – Jump mat
  • Aerobic Fitness Testing – Polar HR and GPS
  • Sports load tracking – Polar HR and GPS
Relevant testing is included with all training program memberships.
